2. Christmas/Holiday Post - This one is all about you and your traditions. 

Describe 3 traditions you have every year at this time with your family. Even if you don't celebrate Christmas, what do you do on break? ~ Over break I always love to relax, school can get to be such a grind it is nice to relax. I love Christmas it is by far my favorite holiday, so I spend time with my family, but only on Christmas Eve and Christmas. 

The Christmas tree debate - I have a fake tree, it used to be a tradition to get a real tree but now we got busy and a couple years ago we bought a fake tree. It did not effect me much, I still like the tree I have now, and Christmas is not all about the gifts and decorations.  

Are there any gifts you want in particular this year? I want a Saturdays are for the boys tee shirt, becuase They are, and I want to show it off. 

What is your best holiday memory? Waking up early Christmas morning with my family and opening presents.


What is your worst holiday memory?I honestly do not think I have a bad memory .

3. In Memoriam Post - This is the time of year when we think about people we've loved and lost. 

 My grandma Mary, died almost 5 years ago in the fall.

A symbol that represents her is an angel because she had to put up with my crazy family 

Something she always did was get the entire family together for the holidays, after she died most people stopped coming to the other holidays besides Christmas. This year is the first year we could not get everybody together for Christmas.

10. The Worst Feeling

For anyone that golfs knows that this picture is the worst feeling. You hit your putt and then it stops right next to the hole. You take all this time to line up your shot, and you are so close but not in the hole.

9. The Die Hard Golfer

This picture relates to all the die hard golfers out there. Some of us golfers love to golf everyday, and cannot get enough of it. golfing everyday might not be for all, but the ones that do can really relate to this picture.

This gif people can relate to because it shows the rough days on the course. everybody has these days when you cannot hit a shot and you start having luck like this guy. This may not happen to everyone but people know the feeling when you are trying to save the golf game, but can not.

This is the day that is perfect. everything is going right for you and the weather is amazing and your golf game is even better. You are sinking every putt and sending every drive 300 yards, this is the best day.

6. The Funny Guy

This is just funny. this guy has lost all interest in golf and now he is screwing around, and does not care what anyone thinks about. golf was not enough fun for him, so he makes his own fun.

5. The Clean Putt

This is an insane putt, by a bunch of Brads and Chads. This does not just happen all the time out on the course, but when something this cool happens it deserves respect. I bet this took them along time to actually get every putt in,but in the end it was amazing.

4. Classic Dog

This dog is making power moves. I honestly put this is here because I think it is one of the top funny pictures. This dog trying to golf brightens up my day and I hope it does your too.

3. Stay on the Cart

this guy has some major problems staying on the cart. He was driving way too fast and almost hurt his friend. That's okay though because he got instant karma by falling off him cart right away.

2.  Too close for Comfort

This makes me sweat watching him get ready for his shot. Then he starts his swing while at the same time all I can think about is all the things that could go wrong. Then he hits the ball clean and the guy laying on the ground safe.

1. OUCH

This is like the #2 picture on here but instead of a clean hit, this one goes wrong. I have no idea why someone would try this but they did. It turned out horribly for the guy laying on the ground. This picture is so funny, by far deserves #1 on this list.

Hello Everyone! This is Brett from the seat left of Jacob. Jacob and I are very good friends and hang out a lot. We used to go golfing everyday in the summer when there wasn't snow and it was actually warm outside. I'm here to tell a story about a weekend I hung out with Jacob and the Praiders. This weekend specifically zoned in on a cabin on Gull lake This weekend was one of the best weekends of the summer. The whole weekend pretty much revolves around us surfing and jet skiing and just chilling with the boys. The weekend started out with us going to Blake's and getting right to surfing. While we are on the boat we all just switch off surfing and driving. When it was time to eat we always when to this restraint called Jake's that had really good cake. The weekend was a whole bunch of fun and we all wish we can go back soon.

Best Golf Courses in MN

Today I am going to write about the top 3 golf courses in MN.

The 3rd best golf course in MN is Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska MN. Considered by many to be the best private golf club in Minneapolis, the mission of the founders of Hazeltine was to build and maintain a golf course suitable for the conduct of national championships. An important part of the mission was to develop a membership that supported this concept – a membership that felt a responsibility to the game of golf and its rules and traditions. Similarly, it requires the highest standards of conduct by all members and guests as they play the game.

The second best golf course in MN is Spring Hill Golf Course in Wayzata MN. While Tom Fazio is best known for creating massive landscapes for his designs, Spring Hill required little manipulation of earth. Fazio utilized the existing rolling topography to form what is one of his most natural designs. Holes are isolated from one another by thick forests of evergreens and, in one section of the property, acres of maple trees, which provide a brilliant color display each fall. With several tight fairways, marshland along some edges, many uphill approach shots into elevated greens and subtle movements in the putting surfaces, Spring Hill is also one of Fazio's most challenging designs. This is an incredible design, this is a private golf course so I have never golfed there but it is a dream of mine to golf there one day.

Finally the top golf course in Minnesota is Interlachen Country Club in Edina MN (of course this course is in Edina). The Interlachen Country Club is a private country club in Edina, Minnesota which has hosted several national golf tournaments, including the 1930 U.S. Open (won by Bobby Jones on his way to winning the Grand Slam), the 2002 Solheim Cup, and the 2008 U.S. Women's Open. This is an increadible course, this is another one that I have never golfed at because it is private but I dream to golf here on day.

Story Time with Jake

Good morning ladies and gentleman reading my blog on this fine morning. Today I am going to talk about one time I went and played a scramble with 3 other of my friends. This is what we normally do is play a scramble because it goes quicker and we like it more, and it is more fun. It was Andy, Blake, and a buddy of mine named Lueth, and of course myself. Blake was the best golfer by far and Lueth was the worst by a lot, so those two were on a team to keep it fair. Then it was Andy and myself, we are okay at best. This was a good crew to have, and the teams were just about as even as we could get them out of all my friends. We decided before we teed off to place a bet, we all bet $20, which was a lot of money to us, well to most of us there. This round of golf meant a lot more to us than it did normally, we had something to lose. Me and Andy started strong and were golfing good, unfortunately so was Blake, we had kept it tied for the first couple holes. Until hole 4, Andy teed off and had an extremely nice shot, then it was Blake’s turn and he had an awful shot. Lueth was no help to him, because he was so bad. Eventually we took the lead, hole by hole increasing the difference on the scorecard. On the 8^th hole me and Andy had the lead by two, they had a nice hole and decreased it to one going into the final hole. We were on the green and they were on the edge of the green, forcing them to chip, if they could make that chip and we miss our putt, they would win. They chipped and missed.  It was our turn to go, I shot first, I wasn’t too nervous because I still had Andy to go after me, it didn’t, matter I sunk it. I had won us the game and the $20. To my friends taking their money was the best feeling I could ever ask for.
