How To

Hello Everybody today  I am going to talk about the 6 steps to golf edicate. 

Step #1 this is the most important by far, never talk when someone else is hitting. This can mess the shot up, if not the whole game, be respectful and do not talk when some is hitting 

Step #2 Always repair your divots, balls marks and rake the sand. Every golfer will need to do this at some point, keep the course looking nice and just fix it after you are done with your shot. 

Step #3 Play at a reasonable pace. There is nothing more annoying playing behind someone slow that will not let you pass. if you are the one playing slow, let the group behind you play through. 

Step #4 Let the guy farthest from the pin hit first. Give that guy a chance to catch up, and it will help it so you do not get hit by a ball. 

Step #5  Do not walk in font of someone that is lining up their putt. This can mess up the persons putt and it is very disrespectful. 

Step #6 Always keep the cart on the cart path. the cart paths are there for a reason so drive on it. You can tear up the course especially if it is wet.

Good afternoon everybody today I am talking about a quote today. This quote means a lot to me, I have learned so much from football. I made this myself after looking at different quotes, this quote felt like it fit perfectly. In football you learn more about life, things like work effect and the effort something takes to be successful. This apply to my life because I play football and I have learned so much through football. One situation I can think about is this last football season, we did not did not have a great season. That did not matter though, it tought me how to keep fighting during the season.

Hello everybody today I made some funny memes, hope you enjoy. The first meme I made I can really relate to because I hate it when someone talks in my backswing. This picture represents what I want to do to that person.  The second meme I think is funny. People will do whatever it takes to not have to take the drop. The third one is my personal favorite, Gary Distel a teacher/ coach that loves to golf. This summer I worked at the golf course Gary likes to golf at, and he had some old white cart parked in the shed that looks like that. 

Mixing it Up

Hello everybody today I am going to talk about the show Impracticable Jokers. This is a show I have been really into recently. This is a show about four best friends that have been friends since high school. They are on a show where they have to do or say what ever the other three guys tell them to do. That is the most basic challenge they do, almost every episode. They also do other challenges where they have to get people to say a word or make them do something funny. This is a great show for the whole family. I watch this show all the time with my buddy Andy, it is a great show. There are 4 guys, Joe, Q, Murr, Sal, Joe is my favorite. Joe is my favorite because he will say and do anything the other jokers tell him too.

Golf Trip to Florida

Hello everybody today I am going to talk to you about how much a golf trip to Florida would cost. 

First thing you need to do is find a course to go to, I recommend TPC Sawgrass Golf and Vacation package. There are different packages you can choose from ranging from $2400-466, depending on what you want. 

Second thing is the flight to Florida, this will be based on if you were flying out of Minnesota. The tickets will cost you roughly $400 dollars per person. 

Third thing you'll need is some kind of transportation, you will probably want to rent a car, it will be easier to get around. It is roughly $20 - 30 dollars a day to rent a car. 

Fourth thing you'll need if you do not go to a golf resort is to stay in a hotel, near the course you are playing at. Hotels near Jupiter FL, I choose this location because Tiger lives here and there are some nice courses. Hotels cost roughly $150 to $200 per night. 

Fifth thing you will need is food. chances are that you will be eating out a lot over the course of a week or so. That can range from $200 to $300. 

Overall I added up to most from each one to do the maximum price, obviously it can change depending on what you and your biddies want, but it should not cost much more than  $3000 for a week of golf in Florida.

Eldrick Tont "Tiger" Woods was born on December 30, 1975.

His father, Earl Woods, was a retired lieutenant colonel and Vietnam War veteran

Woods got his nickname 'Tiger' in honor of his father's friend Col. Vuong Dang Phong, who had also been known as Tiger

When he was five, he appeared in Golf Digest and on ABC's "That's Incredible"

Before turning seven, Tiger won the Under Age 10 section of the Drive, Pitch, and Putt competition at the Cypress Navy course, California.

Tiger won the Junior World Championships six times, including four consecutive wins from 1988 to 1991.

At the age of 15, Woods became the youngest ever U.S. Junior Amateur champion (a record which stood until it was broken by Jim Liu in 2010).

Tiger vs. Phil

Tiger vs. Phil was a once in the lifetime match. Two of the best golfers in the world went head to head on the golf course. The match took place in Las Vegas at Shadow Creek golf course. This is an amazing course, it will cost you $500 just to play there. This was a very rare opportunity to watch this, it only happened once, although they are talking about a rematch. 

 The match took place the day after Thanksgiving, and the only way to watch it if you were not there was to order it on pay-per-view for 19.99 on TV. This was an extremely unique match, in the sense that this type of thing does not happen much on national TV. Another factor that made this unique was that the winner of the match won 9 million dollars, but to these top golfers that was not a ton of money to them. The match itself went back and forth, it was neck and neck. At the end of the 18 holes they had it tied up. They played 22 holes until Phil finally won the match and took home the 9 millions dollars. 

Watching this event it was not the best round for either of these two. If it was not these two golfing it would not have been worth the watch, because it was ugly golf. It did get exciting at the end when they went into extra holes. Most PGA tours do not go into sudden death like this one did, because how you finish on most tours it does not matter. 

 I would recommend watching this because it was neck and neck with two of the best golfers  in the world, on an amazing course. 

resolutions

My five resolutions for 2019

1. Be nicer to people, I want to be nicer to people because when I am nice to people they are nicer back and it makes life better.

2. Not Judge people so fast, if someone looks weird or does something different I need to be less quick to judgment, because in 2018 I got a good friend that didn’t know well before but after getting to know them I like them a lot, maybe there could be more people.

3. Get better grades, I started looking at colleges recently and now I know how important grades are to further education.

4. golf more, I fell in love with golf this summer and I want to do more things that I enjoy in 2019

5. focus more on the positives, this last year life has been good, and I want to keep that going by focusing on the good things.  

Golf Courses in Cold Spring

There are two different golf courses in Cold Spring MN. One is Rich Spring, and the other one is River Oaks. 

Rich Spring ~

Rich Spring is between Cold Spring and Richmond and that is how it got the name, they combined the two town names. This is the golf course I worked at this past summer, and the one I'm thinking about working at this upcoming summer. I liked it because of the benefits I got from working there. I got free golf and I was able to get my friends cheap golf too. I also got really cheap food, that was good. This is the nicer golf course out of the two of them, from the club house to the golf course itself. It is also right on the chain of lakes so it has very nice views. 

River Oaks 

River Oaks is the second golf course in Cold Spring, this is located right in the middle of town, across the street from the school.  This is a very laid back golf course. It is not nearly as nice as Rich Spring but it is alright. This course is more for the people that are not that serious about the game of golf. None the less this is still a good place to go play a round of golf.
